مسجد مصباح
Located north of Masjid Nabawi. According to tradition, this is where the first Fajr prayer was prayed upon the Prophet's arrival in Madinah. Ottoman-era structure from approximately 1850 CE.
جبل عير
The second largest mountain in Madinah after Uhud. Marks the southern boundary of the sacred precincts of Madinah (the Haram). Visible from various parts of the city.
